Full gratings GITERPOL consist of a flat load-bearing with a height of 20-200 mm and with a thickness of 2-12 mm and flat transverse dimensions identical to the flats. The assortment of production of full gratings indicating the dimensions and spacing of the bars is shown on the image. The table shows the weights selected grid paper. Full gratings are standardly framed with flat bars, length and width of the bars are set between producer and customer.
Note: flat bar bracket has cut from the top of the grid (charge grating).
Usage: facade grates, suspended ceilings, railings, platforms, pens, machine elements (tables, the burners).
L – standard grating lenght up to 1500 [mm]
B – standard grating width up to 1500 [mm]
a - space between transverse bars from 22,2 to 99,9 every 11,1 [mm]
b – space between loadbearing bars from 22,2 to 99,9 every 11,1 [mm]
h – height of the flat bars from 20 to 200 [mm]
g – flat bar thickness from from 2 to 12 [mm]
It is possible to perform louvered gratings of other parameters according to the individual needs.
