Gratings for high loads GITERPOL called heavy gratings consist of a flat load-bearing in accordance with Table 2 and flat transverse with dimensions according to Table 2a. The production process is performed by the proper notches in the load-bearing bars and then placed in a flat bar grooves (transverse). In a later stage followed by welding, welding way nodes is based static analysis and destination bars. All nodes or only selected ones can be welded according to the specified scheme. In the final stage borders are welded/
Use: all kinds of drainage channels, car washes, waste pits, ramps for trucks, vehicles, buildings, vehicles, tracked and many others.
The standard Division and mesh size bars of pressed gratings is shown in figure below.
L – standar grating length up to 1500 [mm]
B - standard grating widht up to 1000 [mm]
a* - space between transverse bars from 33.3 to 99.9 every 11.1 [mm]
b - space between loadbearing bars from 33.3 to 99.9 every11.1 [mm]
h - height of the flat bars from 20 to 200 [mm]
g - flat bar thickness from 4 to 12 [mm]
* - individual arrangements
It is possible to make louvered gratings of other parameters according to the individual needs.
When ordering the bars you should be aware of the high weights of individual grids [kg / m2] in connection with the possibility of assembly and disassembly of the bars.
